A perfect professional and personal combo for a job is settled when you can travel and work at the same time. Making this was one of our favorite projects in life. We travelled around South America (Bolivia, Peru, Colombia, Brazil) shooting different cultures, meeting beautiful people and amazing landscapes. We also had the opportunity to teach local communities the basics about photography: how to use disposable cameras and shoot their own personal lives.

This project focused on filming ‘CAF’ social work: in this case they were helping the community by giving them tools to overcome different day-to-day issues. The result was an exhibit where the spectators felt they were part of the peoples’ lives, and not only brought consciousness in how these people live but it created awareness in how we can create positive change in their community with the idea that “by knowing comes caring, and by caring comes change”.
